Modern HE509T-RD X2 Series red dot sight with a titanium housing. The upgraded version of the HE509 red dot features an improved button layout with a locking option.
The device is equipped with an LED powered by a CR1632 battery and a solar cell, which extends battery life or, with sufficiently intense light, can be the sole power source. The red dot's operating time on a single battery is up to 50,000 hours.
The HE509T-RD X2 uses a Multi-Reticle System, allowing the user to choose one of three reticle types - a 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or both simultaneously. The user can adjust the reticle's brightness - there are 10 daylight modes and 2 dedicated for night vision devices. The adjustment range for the reticle's position is 30 MOA.
The red dot has a Shake Awake system, which puts the device into sleep mode during prolonged inactivity and activates it upon detecting slight movement. An RMR mount is included in the set.
