DJI AGRAS T25P — a compact agricultural drone for solo operation

The DJI AGRAS T25P is the successor to the popular Agras T25 – one of the most versatile compact agricultural drones on the market. Designed for single-person operation, it weighs less than 15 kg without payload and folds down to a size that fits in the trunk of a passenger car. Despite its compact dimensions, it handles a full spectrum of agricultural tasks – spraying, spreading fertilizers and seeds, and mapping fields and orchards.

DJI AGRAS T25P – Flight Time and DB800 Battery

The DJI AGRAS T25P's flight time with a full 20 L tank is approximately 8–10 minutes. Without payload, the drone can stay in the air for up to 18–20 minutes. The key to continuous operation is fast charging of the DB800 battery (15,500 mAh) – with the C8000 station, a full charge takes 9–12 minutes. With two batteries in rotation, work proceeds with almost no downtime.

DJI AGRAS T25P – How many hectares per day?

With a dosage of 30 L/ha and a 20 L tank, the T25P covers approximately 0.67 ha per tank. In typical Polish conditions with two batteries and a C8000 station, you can realistically achieve 20–35 hectares per day during an 8-hour workday. With lower dosages (herbicides 10–15 L/ha), efficiency increases to 40–50 ha per day. The T25P is a platform for medium and smaller areas, orchards, and aerial agricultural services in varied terrain. If you need to cover 80+ ha per day, it is worth considering the DJI AGRAS T100.

DJI AGRAS T25P vs. T25 – Key Differences

The T25P is an evolution of the T25 with several significant improvements. The most important change is the Spreading System 4.0 with a screw feeder – the spreading flow increased from 72 to 190 kg/min, and the spreading width to 8 meters. Safety System 3.0 increased computing power 10-fold, obstacle detection range increased to 60 m, and terrain following now supports slopes up to 50° (T25: up to 20°). The T25P was the first in the industry to introduce a virtual gimbal with electronic FPV image stabilization and 75-watt navigation lights for night work. DJI AGRAS T25P – Applications

The T25P is particularly effective in: crop protection in cereal, rapeseed, and corn fields; spraying orchards and vineyards (optional four nozzles + Orchard Mode 4.0); foliar fertilization and application of biological preparations; spreading granular fertilizers and seeds (Spreading System 4.0); mapping fields and orchards up to 13.3 ha in a single flight; and wherever the terrain is varied or the field is difficult to access for ground equipment.
