SIM card with data plan required — The PoC radio operates via a 4G/LTE/5G cellular network or Wi-Fi. An active SIM card with a data plan (recommended minimum 500 MB/month) and access to a PoC server (Hytera HyTalk or compatible) are required for operation. No UKE license for radio spectrum is required.
