PD405 vs BP515: The PD405 has higher IP55 protection (vs IP54 in BP515), but the BP515 is newer, lighter, and has USB-C charging. The PD405 offers 256 channels (vs 64 in BP515). For applications requiring more channels and IP55 — choose PD405. For a modern, lightweight setup — choose BP515.
