What are the benefits of the sub-2G band? Lower frequencies (below 2 GHz)
penetrate obstacles — buildings, infrastructure, vegetation — better than standard
2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. In environments with many Wi-Fi devices, the sub-2G band
is also significantly less congested, resulting in a more stable signal
and reduced risk of connection loss.
