DJI Matrice 400 – Industrial Drone for Inspection, LiDAR and Mapping

DJI Matrice 400 is DJI Enterprise's flagship platform — 59 minutes of flight time, up to 6 kg payload capacity, up to 7 payloads simultaneously, 40 km range, IP54, operating temperature from -20°C to +50°C. It supports inspection cameras, LiDAR systems, photogrammetry, gas sensors, and rescue accessories. One of the most versatile UAV tools available on the professional market.

Infrastructure Inspections

The M400 with Zenmuse H30T (34× zoom, 1280×1024 thermal imaging, 3000 m rangefinder) allows inspection of high-voltage lines, transformer stations, wind farms, bridges, and pipelines from a safe distance and height — without the need for scaffolding or helicopters. The M400 + H30T set is today's standard in critical infrastructure inspections.

Mapping and Surveying

With Zenmuse P1 (45 MP full-frame, 0.7 s interval), the M400 covers 3 km² in one flight with 3 cm accuracy without GCPs. LiDAR systems L2 (1.2 million points/s, 5 returns, 450 m) and L3 (16 returns, 950 m, 100 km²/day — M400 only) complement the offering with terrain scanning, vegetation penetration, and 3D model creation.

Public Safety and Search and Rescue (SAR)

The M400 allows for the configuration of three payloads simultaneously. A classic night SAR setup: H30T (thermal imaging + zoom) + Zenmuse V1 (127 dB speaker, 500 m) + Zenmuse S1 (LEP spotlight, 500 m) — all in one flight, without landing and sensor changes.

Environmental Monitoring and Gas Detection

Integration with sensors such as BLV CH4 (TDLAS, methane up to 300 m, from 5 ppm) or Sniffer4D Mini 2 (up to 9 gases simultaneously) enables remote leak detection and air quality monitoring without exposing operators to hazardous substances.

Zenmuse H30 and H30T – inspections and SAR

Four modules (H30) or five (H30T): 34×/400× zoom, 12 MP wide-angle camera, 3000 m laser rangefinder, optional 1280×1024 thermal imaging (range -20°C to +600°C). Compatible with M300/M350/M400.

Zenmuse P1 – photogrammetry

45 MP full-frame, 0.7 s interval, 3 km²/flight, 3 cm/5 cm accuracy without GCP with D-RTK 3. The most accurate photogrammetry system in the DJI ecosystem.

Zenmuse L2 and Zenmuse L3 – LiDAR

L2: 1.2 million points/s, 450 m, 5 returns, 4/3" 20 MP RGB camera — M300/M350/M400.
L3: 2 million points/s, 950 m, 16 returns, 2× 100 MP RGB, 10 km²/flight — M400 only. L3 is the most advanced LiDAR system in DJI's offering.

Zenmuse H20N – Night Operations

Night vision camera (0 lux), 20×/128× zoom, dual 640×512 thermal imaging, 1200 m rangefinder. Dedicated to M300/M350 — optimal choice when operating in complete darkness is a priority.

Key Accessories

TB100 Batteries (977 Wh, hot-swap, 400 cycles) charged in the BS100 station (3× TB100 + 2× WB37). The DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise controller — 1000 nits screen, 1920×1200, 6 h operating time. The D-RTK 3 station — 0.8 cm RTK accuracy, 25 km relay.

For rescue and public safety missions: Zenmuse V1 (127 dB speaker, TTS, 500 m), CZI MP130 (125 dB megaphone, 300 m), CZI GL60 Plus (120 W LED spotlight, 13400 lm, 150 m).
