    The Rusan MAR-SH-48 modular adapter is a short version of the quick-release clamp from the Rusan modular system, designed for mounting thermal and night vision add-ons to riflescopes with an objective tube outer diameter of 48 mm. The shorter clamping section is useful where there is limited space on the objective tube for a standard clamp. To connect it to a specific add-on, a suitable MCR ring (connector) is required, sold separately.

    MAR-SH-48, MAR-48 or ARM52-48? All three Rusan adapters are designed for riflescopes with a 48 mm objective tube outer diameter. The Rusan 48 mm modular adapter (MAR-48) is the standard clamp for the same system – the Short version has a shorter clamp (24 mm compared to 37 mm). The Rusan adapter for Pulsar 48 mm add-ons (ARM52-48) is a clamp with a QR lever from the ARM52 series, similar to the ARM52-42 model, which connects directly to Dedal add-ons. MAR modular adapters, however, require an MCR ring matched to the add-on.
