Pulsar Telos XL50 is the world's first upgradeable thermal monocular. Ergonomic design, robust materials, and a well-thought-out button layout ensure comfort and ease of use. AMOLED HD display with 1024×768 resolution delivers a detailed image. The magnification dial allows changes from 2.5×–20×, and the ZOOM BOOST (12×) function extends the range to 2.5×–30×. Digital image stabilization facilitates observation at high magnifications and in motion. The adjustable strap makes the device comfortable for left- and right-handed users. The design is prepared for future modifications (e.g., sensor, lens, electronics, battery). The Telos series comes with an ergonomic pouch for safe carrying in the field. You can adjust the image by setting contrast and brightness and choosing one of 9 color palettes. Auto Display-Off switches off the screen when the device is moved away from the eye, saving battery life. Built-in Wi-Fi allows connection to the StreamVision 2 app (live view and control). USB streaming is also possible. The replaceable LPS 7i battery provides up to 8 hours of operation. Fast charging and power via USB-C. Pulsar devices are designed and manufactured in Europe with European components. The Telos series is upgradeable — click below for details.Pulsar Telos XL50

Ergonomics and operation

Features and power supply

Key features of PULSAR TELOS XL50:

- Sensor with record-breaking HD resolution
TELOS XL 50 offers a new level of thermal imaging. The image generated by the new sensor with HD resolution 1024x768 and pixel size 12µm, is characterized by the highest resolution and richness of detail available on the market.

- Upgradeable and customizable
An innovative solution in the monocular is its modularity, which allows for future expansion and improvements, such as: sensor replacement, lens replacement, electronics replacement, the possibility to renew a damaged device, or add a laser rangefinder to a non-LRF version.

- Improved sensor <20mK
The sensor with the highest available thermal sensitivity with an sNETD <20 mK coefficient ensures precise detail recognition even during unfavorable weather conditions such as rain and fog, even when the temperature contrast is low.

- Digital image stabilization
The image stabilization function allows for problem-free observation regardless of magnification and distance, handheld.

- Zoom Boost Function
Pulsar Telos features a function that increases digital zoom from 8x to 12x, allowing for magnifications in the range of 2.5x to 30x.

- Modern microbolometers
The thermal imager is equipped with a modern high-resolution sensor 1024x768 pixels.

- Software update capability
Pulsar enables software updates in its products, giving users access to the latest enhancements. This unique feature means the device constantly evolves and improves.

- Convenient magnification change
The Pulsar Telos is equipped with a practical magnification change dial located on the objective lens barrel, allowing for smooth and convenient magnification changes from 2.5x to 20x.

- Waterproof
The device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it is fully waterproof (submersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).

- Simple operation
Intuitive operation combined with modern technology provides an effective yet comfortable-to-use thermal imager.

-
Built-in video/photo recorder with 64 GB memory
The thermal imager has a built-in video and photo recorder with 64 GB capacity. The USB-C port allows transferring recordings from the thermal imager to a computer.

- Built-in WiFi module, Polish-language Stream Vision 2 app
Pulsar Telos can communicate with external mobile devices using the free, Polish-language StreamVision 2 application, which allows you to: view images recorded by the thermal imager, save photos and videos to your phone or tablet memory, control advanced thermal imager functions, save files in the free cloud, and update the device, equipping the sight with increasingly advanced features.

- Change of sensitivity gain level
Three-stage change of sensitivity gain level, improves detection and recognition quality in various observation conditions. In case of a decrease in temperature contrast (fog, precipitation, high humidity), it is recommended to increase the gain level.

- Smoothing filter
A function that improves image quality, allowing us to reduce digital distortions while maintaining a high level of sensitivity.

- Display OFF - Sleep Mode
The function "Display OFF" instantly turns the display on/off without powering down the device, saving battery energy and helping to remain unnoticed in the dark.

- Frost-resistant AMOLED HD display with 1024x768 pixel resolution
The high-resolution (1024x768 pixels) display combined with high resistance to extreme temperatures ensures that the device will not fail us even in the most challenging conditions.

- Extreme range
The use of high-quality germanium optics provides a detection range of up to 2300m.

- Picture in Picture Mode
Allows you to magnify the central part of the image in a specially displayed window. The additional window takes up only 10% of the total display area.

- Color palettes
Various image color palettes are available – the user has access to as many as 8 versions.(White Hot, Black Hot, Hot Red, Red Monochrome, Rainbow, Ultramarine, Violet, Sepia.

- Wide temperature range
Thermal imagers can be used at any time of the year – the device operates in a temperature range from -25 to +50 degrees Celsius.

- High refresh rate
Even when observing moving objects, the image is smooth and observations are comfortable thanks to the refresh rate of 50 Hz.
