Axion COMPACT is Pulsar's most compact series of monoculars.
The Axion COMPACT XG30 model maintains super compact dimensions while offering a 640×480 sensor and thermal sensitivity < 25 mK, making it one of the smallest thermal imagers in its class.
Miniaturized, lightweight, and economical, yet with excellent performance. Axion COMPACT are pocket-sized devices that fit in the palm of your hand, comparable in size to a typical laser rangefinder.
XG sensors with 12 µm technology and 640×480 resolution provide long range and magnification even with small lenses. This is an ideal choice for stalking hunts.
The image is displayed on a frost-resistant AMOLED screen. The device operates in a range of -25 to +40°C. The magnesium alloy housing is waterproof (IPX7), and the weight with battery is 310 g.
The APS3 3200 mAh battery provides up to 7 hours of operation.
Pulsar devices are designed and manufactured in Europe with European components.

The device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it is completely waterproof (submersible in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).

Intuitive operation combined with modern technology gives us an effective, yet comfortable to use thermal monocular.
- Built-in video/photo recorder with 64 GB memory
The thermal imager has a built-in video and photo recorder and internal memory of 64 GB.
The USB-C port and the Stream Vision 2 application allow recordings to be transferred from the thermal imager to a computer.
- Built-in Wi-Fi module, Polish-language Stream Vision 2 application
Pulsar Axion COMPACT XG30 can communicate with external mobile devices, where, using the free, dedicated, Polish-language application StreamVision 2, you can view images, control thermal imager functions, save recordings to the free cloud, and update the device, equipping the sight with increasingly advanced functions.
- Powered by dedicated rechargeable batteries
The quickly replaceable APS 3 high-capacity Li-ion battery provides up to 7 hours of operation on a single charge. A standard power bank connected via the USB-C port can be used as an external power source.
- Long detection range
The use of high-quality germanium optics combined with a modern 12µm pixel sensor, despite a small lens, provides a detection range of up to 1300m.
- Frost-resistant AMOLED display with 640x400 pixel resolution
The AMOLED display guarantees high resistance to extreme temperatures, ensuring that the device will not fail even in the most challenging conditions.
- Software update capability
Pulsar allows users to update software in their products independently, providing access to the latest improvements. This feature means the device is constantly evolving and improving.
- Wide temperature range
Pulsar thermal imagers can be used at any time of the year – the device operates in a temperature range from -25 to +40 degrees Celsius.
- Display OFF
The "Display OFF" function instantly turns the display on/off without turning off the device, which saves battery power and helps you remain unnoticed in the dark.
- Color palettes
Various image color palettes are available – the user has access to as many as 8 versions. (White Hot, Black Hot, Hot Red, Red Monochrome, Rainbow, Ultramarine, Violet, Sepia)
- Stadiametric rangefinder
Thanks to the stadiametric rangefinder, we can easily determine the distance to a target of known size.
- Menu in Polish
To facilitate device operation, Pulsar products are equipped with a menu in Polish.
- High refresh rate
Even when observing moving objects, the image is smooth and observations are comfortable thanks to a 50 Hz refresh rate.
- 8x digital zoom
Axion COMPACT XG30 offers 8x digital zoom, providing magnification in the range of 2x to 16x.
