This small, compact Celestron spotting scope with interchangeable eyepieces is ideal for trips to the mountains or the forest. Thanks to its optimized size, the equipment fits into a backpack, making its transport very comfortable. The aluminum tripod included in the set, with a spirit level and extendable legs, allows for accurate observations virtually anywhere and eliminates the effect of "image tremor".
Unlike the Travel Scope 50, this model is equipped with a 1.25" focuser. This is a standard used in almost all designs currently on the market, giving us the ability to equip the telescope with additional eyepieces of this size. Moreover, thanks to its 70mm aperture, the telescope collects significantly more light than its smaller counterpart. A telescope with such a short focal length also allows for a wide field of view, which is needed to admire large deep-sky objects such as the famous Pleiades in the constellation Taurus or the Andromeda Galaxy. For observing planets or the Moon, we recommend purchasing an eyepiece with a focal length of 4-5mm.
