Pulsar Merger LRF XL50 is the latest thermal imaging binocular from Pulsar, distinguished by a record HD 1024x768 sensor resolution.
The modern design of the Merger binoculars resembles classic binoculars, and the highest quality components used guarantee an unprecedentedly detailed image.
The binoculars use a sensor with a record HD 1024x768 resolution, a pixel size of 12 micrometers, and an sNETD coefficient below 20 mK, as well as a top-quality germanium lens with a focal length of 50mm and an aperture of f/1.0.
The device features a precise laser rangefinder integrated into the binocular lens, allowing for accurate distance measurement to selected objects up to 1000 meters.
A refresh rate of 50 Hz provides a very sharp, blur-free image even when observing fast-moving objects.
The device allows observing warm objects the size of a human silhouette at a distance of up to 2300 meters. The use of two independent displays and viewfinders significantly improves observation comfort. The optical magnification of the binoculars is 2.5x, which can be digitally increased up to 20x.
The image can be customized by adjusting contrast, brightness, and selecting one of the eight available color palettes.
The binoculars also have a built-in Wi-Fi module that allows connection to a mobile device running the StreamVision 2 application. This application allows remote viewing of the thermal imager's image and enables control of the binoculars via a smartphone or tablet.
Power is supplied by easily replaceable APS3 batteries and a fixed built-in 4000 mAh battery.
The binoculars are fully waterproof, withstanding immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, and are also fully dustproof.

Key features of the Pulsar Merger LRF Thermal Binoculars:

- Sensor with record HD resolution
MERGER LRF XL 50 offers a new level of thermal imaging. The image generated by the new sensor with HD 1024x768 resolution and 12µm pixel size features the highest resolution and richness of detail available on the market.

- Improved sensor <20mK
The advanced sNETD sensor with sensitivity less than 20 mK guarantees precise detail recognition even in adverse weather conditions such as rain and fog, even when temperature contrast is low. Minimal temperature differences are perfectly visible.

- Full comfort during long observations
Bino-ocular observation significantly reduces eye fatigue during use. The human brain is accustomed to receiving images from two sources simultaneously and combining them into a complete whole. When observing with one eye, we force the brain to change its natural processes, which can quickly lead to observation discomfort and fatigue.

- Built-in laser rangefinder
Merger has a built-in laser rangefinder which will allow us to precisely determine the distance to the target up to 1000 meters with an accuracy of 1 meter. The rangefinder does not increase the dimensions of the binoculars as it is placed in the thermal imager's lens.

- Software update capability
Pulsar allows software updates for its products, giving users access to the latest enhancements. This unique feature means the device is constantly evolving and improving.

- 8x digital zoom
Pulsar Merger LRF offers magnification from 2.5x to 20x, and thanks to the high resolution sensor, the image is clear even at maximum magnification.

- Water resistance
The device has an ingress protection rating of IPX7, which means complete waterproofness (immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).

- Simple operation
Intuitive operation combined with modern technology gives us an effective yet comfortable-to-use thermal imager.

- Built-in video/photo recorder with 64GB memory
The thermal imager has a built-in video and photo recorder with a capacity of 64 GB. The USB-C port allows transferring recordings from the thermal imager to a computer.

- Built-in Wi-Fi module, Polish-language Stream Vision 2 application
The Merger thermal imaging binocular can communicate with external mobile devices, on which, using the free, Polish-language StreamVision 2 application, one can: view the image recorded by the thermal imager, save photos and videos to the phone or tablet's memory, control advanced thermal imager functions, save files to a free cloud, and update the device, equipping the sight with increasingly perfect functions.

- Sensitivity gain level change
A new feature in the Merger series is the three-level change in sensitivity gain, which improves detection and recognition quality in various observation conditions. If temperature contrast drops (fog, precipitation, high humidity), it is recommended to increase the gain level.

- Smoothing filter
A function that improves image quality, allowing us to reduce digital distortions while maintaining a high level of sensitivity.

- Display OFF - Sleep mode
The "Display OFF" function instantly turns the displays on/off without powering down the device, saving battery energy and making it easier to remain unnoticed in the dark.
An innovative solution in the Merger thermal imager is the use of a proximity sensor, which automatically puts the binoculars into sleep mode when moved away from the eyes, and immediately restores the image when observation resumes.

- Frost-resistant AMOLED displays with HD 1024x768 pixel resolution
Displays with high HD resolution (1024x768 pixels) combined with high resistance to extreme temperatures ensure that the device will not fail us even in the most difficult conditions.

- Extreme range
The 50mm lens combined with the latest HD 12 µm / 1024x768 pixel sensor provides a detection range for objects 1.8 m tall, at a distance of up to 2300 m.

- Picture in Picture mode
Allows magnifying the central part of the image in a specially displayed window. The additional window occupies only 10% of the total display area.

- Color palettes
There are various image color palettes available - the user has access to as many as 9 versions (White Hot, Black Hot, Green, Hot Red, RedMonochrome, Rainbow, Ultramarine, Violet, Sepia).

- Wide temperature range
Merger LRF thermal imagers can be used at any time of year - the device operates in a temperature range of -25 to +50 degrees Celsius.

- High refresh rate
Thanks to the 50 Hz refresh rate, even when observing moving objects, the image is smooth and observations are comfortable.
