The Delta Optical Discovery binocular series includes models with a durable construction based on a solid, aluminum and rubber-armored body. The Discovery 16x50 binocular is a model with high magnification, significantly exceeding the magnification obtained by the basic Discovery 10x50 model, although with a rather small field of view. It is particularly recommended for daytime observations of distant terrestrial targets. It can be successfully used for observing airplanes at cruising altitudes. For astronomical observations, it is better to use it for bright objects, such as the Moon.
