The adapter is equipped with 4 pins for precise connection to the clip-on device, and thanks to its thin walls, only 3 mm of clearance between the scope and the barrel is needed to mount it on the sight.
The 65 mm objective lens outer diameter is featured, among others, by Delta Optical Titanium/Titanium HD series scopes with a 56 mm lens diameter.
