Kronos M3D – Parachute System and Flight Termination System (FTS)
Kronos M3D is a professional safety system for the DJI Matrice 300 RTK platform, integrating a rescue parachute with the Flight Termination System (FTS). The solution was designed to mitigate the effects of mid-air failures and increase the level of protection for equipment and the surrounding environment during advanced missions.
The system automatically detects critical flight irregularities and immediately initiates propulsion cutoff and parachute deployment, significantly reducing descent speed and stabilizing the drone. The compact and lightweight design allows the platform to maintain full functionality without any noticeable impact on flight performance.
